Skate at Your Own Risk: Ice skating involves inherent risks, and all skaters assume full responsibility for their own safety. The rink is not responsible for injuries or accidents that may occur during skating.


Personal Belongings: The rink is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please secure your belongings before entering the rink.


Health & Safety: Ice skating can be a physically demanding and potentially dangerous activity. It is not recommended for everyone, including those with certain health conditions, limited mobility, or physical limitations. Please consult a healthcare provider if you are unsure about your ability to participate safely.


Rental Equipment: Our rental skates are for recreational use only and are not professional-grade. Patrons should ensure skates are securely fastened and inform staff of any issues before entering the rink.


Conduct & Behavior: For the safety and enjoyment of all, disruptive or reckless behavior will not be tolerated. Rink staff reserves the right to remove any individuals who fail to adhere to these guidelines or exhibit unsafe behavior or speed skating. 

Refund Policy

Tickets for the ice rink are non-refundable. In the event of unforeseen closures due to weather or equipment failure, patrons will be notified, and ticket exchanges will be offered as applicable.
